Are you living a life that you love? If you are, whatever you are doing keep doing it. If not? The only question you should be asking is why not? Sadly today most people live their life on an endless loop, Monday, ughh, Friday, whoo hoo, Monday ughh, Friday whoo hoo.
Most people work 40-50 years, retire then die, sadly but true. It is a proven fact that a lot of people, when they get to the end of their life regret things that they didn’t do more than the things that they did do, don’t let this be you. We are all here to live a life that we love, filled with amazing adventures and living life to the fullest. Sadly very few of us live our life this way. Why? Because it is what we focus on, we focus on things we don’t want instead of what we do want. I don’t want this relationship, I don’t want this job, I don’t want to be overweight. What we focus on is what shows up in our lives.
We need to begin to focus on what we do want, this is the relationship I want, this is the job or career or way I want to make money or this is the way I want my health to be. We need to stop focusing on what could go wrong and begin to focus on what could go right. 1st and foremost thing we have to do if we want to live a life that we love is change what we focus on and begin to do things differently and this begins with our mind.
“if you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always got.” Henry Ford.
So, if you want to live a life that you love, a life that you deserve on your terms begin to focus on things you love and incorporate them into your life as much as possible. Until next time, stay grateful, keep keeping on and always pay it forward.
